Elana Ramond's Backstory

Elana's Backstory.

Elana was not a very nice kid back then. She was always on the run around campus from teachers and staff. She would always skip classes, prank others and other bad yet fun things she used to do back in her high school years. In college, the major thing she did worse was that she became a bully to her colleague Natalie. Nat and Elana has always hated each other since middle school.

It's suprising how Elana still hasn't been expelled. Well, since she is a very good liar and always knows how to get away from trouble most often, no one could ever catch her.

Time skip to the zombie outbreak

Eventually , Elana and Nat were sent to the office and had a "chat" with the principal about how to fix this "problem" they have with each other. All of a sudden, screamings of others were heard outside and the fire sprinklers went off and water was everywhere. Nat and Elana left the building experiencing the tradgic event happening in front of them. Professors, students and others where getting eaten by several zombies scattered, walking around the campus. This college has became a disaster and soon its going to be the whole world.

Nat and Elana were trying to get away as far as possible. As they pass through a crowd, they get separated, leaving them to themselves to escape. Elana plans on going back to her parents. But since it was approximately 6 hours away and all cars have probably been destroyed, there was no chance.

A year has passed. Elana always tries to stay with a group at all times since she really hates it when she's all alone in this tradgic world. She stayed with a few groups here and there. But eventually, she was all alone again. Two possibles reasons why this happened. Her group betrays her or she betrays them.

Wondering around by herself for a few weeks and she's already having anxiety. She feels like breaking down but she couldn't, its not safe anymore. Who knows, a walker can walk up and dig its teeth in her neck while she's lying down crying about problems she caused herself.

Elana, however, reunites with Nat. Since Elana hates being alone by herself, she had no choice but to stay with Nat for as long as possible, even thought they were not very fond of each other before.

Time passes. Those two have been trying to learn to cope with each other and eventually they do. Elana and Nat became very close . Eleana learns that becoming an asshole (as she was back in her school years) will just lead her to face her fears by herself. Elena always stays with Nat and she watches her back at all times. Since losing her will lead her to becoming a lonely lost girl and she doesn't want that, not anymore. Nat has been the only one so far that Elana trusts very much. And cares about the most.

Unfortunately, Nat takes a knife to the neck by another group. Which leaves Elana all by herself and giving her major trust issues. It's now a very complicated road for Elana to take. She's left with her biggest fear of being alone but now also with having to trust no other. How is she going to manage surviving any longer?
