Requirments:

- Serialnumber

-Proof of Purchase (Don´t take a Amazon receipt, they´re easy to check)

-FTID service










Method:

1. Go to https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs and fill in the form.

2. Go in Livechat and tell the Agent you Camera is not powering on anymore and you have already switched the Batterie.

3. Go through the troubleshooting

4. He will ask for Serial Number and sometimes for a Picture.

5. After conforming everything he will send you an Label via Email.

6. Choose a FTID Service of your choice and FTID them.

7. After the FTID got delivered go in Live chat and ask for the Status.

8. They might ask you for a receipt of the delivery.

9. They will send your replacement within 5-7 Days.
