Why should you be able to earn money in Oldschool

Why should you be able to earn money in Oldschool for playing a different, seasonal game mode? This gimmick isn't really liked by me in any way. I'd rather the rewards just be untradable. I'm not fond of the team's current management of making every reward for every thing tradeable. See: Divine potions, proposed LMS rewards, Leagues rewards, etc.I'd rather RuneScape style warrant itself without people playing it to get benefits on RuneScape. I don't believe you should have the ability to create money by playing other gamemodes such as DMM or even Leagues, nor should content be secured behind enjoying alternative gamemodes.

Most people have limited time to perform and'restarting' in a seasonal game mode is not justifiable to people who have limited time, while they could use that opportunity to level their principal accounts. If they could use that time in an exciting new game style that advances their main account in some way, that will be ideal. If you don't do that the new game mode would be made only for the hardcore gamers. Guys and streamers who have nothing or little left to play for on their own mains.

Can you supply some information that would suggest the devs working on RuneScapemode are more beneficial to RuneScape by working on this job than RuneScape? I'm not sure why any gamers would be considering taking numerous devs away RuneScape to be put aside for any job that does not help RuneScapeplay of OSRS in any capacity. Also, you want this project to be cosmetics' major motivator? Anybody who doesn't have 6hours to play/day will not give a crap about the HiScores, also when Trouble Brewing is proof of anything, it's that makeup don't bring about players. So I don't know you anticipate this project to work out.

If this does not work out, how can you expect to eliminate RuneScapemode out of RuneScape? You're adding tradeable uniques that may only be accessed without trading by playing RuneScapemode, therefore removing it would actually be unfair to ironmen and would create an RS3 Rare Object scenario. Would you just mass drop the reward makeup in every christmas just like you do with present party hats after removing RuneScapemode? Should you make them simple to obtain you're screwing everyone that now holds the items. This is a terrible idea.
