  13. - Mammoth Tank: Lowered taken Grenade and Gun damage to 20% (from 25%).
  14. Tweaked damage: Added pre-attack delay and lowered damage to 825, but increased rate of fire to 3.35 (from 3.55).
  15. - Shatterer / Microwave Tank: Lowered taken Grenade damage to 40% (from 50%).
  16. - Supersonic Air Strike: Deals double damage to air warships. Lowered damage falloff from the center.
  17. - Sonic Emitter: Increased power consumption to 20 (from 15).
  18. - Firehawks: Detect stealthed aircraft in a small area.
  19. - Slingshots: Take 25% grenade type damage (from 35%). Takes less time to aim.
  20. - AA Battery: Lowered pre-attack delay.
  21. - Reworked Sensor Pod: Increased lifetime to 5 but took away their stealth. Lowered vision and stealth detection radius.
  22. - EMP Shockwave: Increased duration to 10s (from 8s).
  23. - Orbital Strike: Increased radius to 55 (from 45), lowered area of effect to 700 (from 800). Lowered cooldown to 4m (from 7m).
  24. - Firehawk Missile Loadout: Lowered delay between shots, increased range to 475 (from 450).
  25. Increased damage to 1100 (from 1000). With this, they kill a Devastator in 6 shots.

  39. - Shredder Turrets: Lowered damage to 45 (from 50). Lowered splash radius to 25 (from 30) and lowered projectile speed to 700 (from 750).
  40. - Beam Cannons: Lowered range to 570 (from 600). Slowed down movement speed acceleration.
  41. Now, they take 100% damage from Rockets (from 80%).
  42. Increased charge up time to 1.2s (from 1s).

  50. - Scorcher Buggies: Lowered damage radius to 15 (from 20).
  51. - Rocket Indoctrine: Improved damage to aircraft to 125% (from 115%).

  53. Renegades:
  54. - Nod Militants: Has two less member. But members have 10% more health and deal more damage.
  55. Militants stand closer to each other.
  56. When spawned from sold buildings, they have 90% health (from 100%).
  57. - Rocket Militants: Lowered rate of fire to 3.3s (from 3s). Lowered range to 335 (from 345). Lowered damage to 265 (from 275).
  58. - Dawnbringer Device: Increased splash radius. Improved armor against Gun and Grenade damage. Deal less damage to Tiberium
  59. - Fixed Black Hand: Can now be crushed by tanks.

  61. Marked of Kane:
  62. - Centurion: Increased speed to 50 (from 47).
  63. - Tib Trooper: Increased upgraded damage to 15 (from 13).
  64. - Reapers: Increased anti-aircraft range to 365 (from 350).
  65. - Cyborg EMP Coils: Lowered upgrade cost to 1000$ (from 1500$) and upgrade time to 30s (from 45s).
  66. Lowered EMP radius to 70 (from 75).

  68. All Scrin:
  69. - Phase Field: Doesn't emp, but gets 50% slowed when enemy EMP hits.
  70. - Tripods: Take slightly less rear damage.
  71. - Shard/Gunwalkers: Lowered damage to aircraft to 150% (from 200%).
  72. - Seekers: Now deals 150% damage to aircraft.
  73. - Signal Transmitter: Lowered income buff to 10% (from 15%).
  74. - Buzzer Hives: Increased range to 425 (from 400).
  75. - Gunwalker: Added minor splash damage to weapon.
  76. - Stasis Shield: Does not work on buildings anymore.
  77. - Devourer Tank: Lowered range to 330 (from 340).
  78. - Devastator Warship: Limited turret turn radius to 320° (from 360°).
  79. - Corrupters: Now it can heal multiple infantry units in a squad.
  80. Lowered healing to 18 HP (from 25 HP).
  81. - Storm Column: Increased cost to 2600$ (from 2500$), increased power cost to 20 (from 13)
  82. Lowered range to 360 (from 375).

  84. Reaper-17:
  85. - Devourer Tank Mutation: Deals splash damage when charged.
  86. - Shard Walker: Lowered cost to 700$ (from 800$), lowered health to 2600 (from 2700).
  87. Lowered damage to 80 (from 120, same as Shard Walker). Lowered upgraded damage to 125 (from 165).
  88. - Shardling Hive: Increased energy cost to 8 (from 7). Fixed Shardling health (had too little).
  89. Note: I thought it was justified since Shardlings deal extra damage to vehicles but cost the same as Buzzer Hives.
  90. - Forcefield Generators: Increased cost to 3000$ (from 2500$) and build time to 1m 30s (from 1m 15s).
  91. Note: Messenger-8 Forcefields cost 3500$.
  92. - Shard Packs: Increased cost to 2500$ (from 2000$) and build time to 1m 15s (from 1m).
  93. - Reaper Tripods: Charged Tripods deal 50% damage to infantry (just like uncharged lasers).
  94. - Amplified Ichor Conversion: Increased cost to 2500$ (from 2000$) and build time to 1m 15s (from 1m).
  95. Remark: Reaper-17 had some of the cheapest lategame upgrades, along with great economy and powerful T3 units.
  96. Their lategame power spike was simply reached too early.
  97.  
  98. Messenger-8:
  99. - Wormhole: Increased cost to 3500$ (from 3000$).
  100. - Disintegrators: Did not benefit from the Negative Energy upgrade.
  101. - Devourer Tank: Lowered upgraded damage to 800 (from 880).
  102. - Negative Energy Lance: Increased cost to 3000$ (from 2500$). Increased research time to 1m 30s (from 1m 15s).
  103. - Fixed PACs: Fighters respawned faster than intended.
  104. - Annihilator-Tripods: Lowered upgraded damage to 650 (from 670).
  105. Slightly increased damage, but also slightly lowered rate of fire. Now it kills a Predator in 6 shots instead of 7.

  107. Traveler-59:
  108. - Agonizer: Lowered health to 220 (from 240).
