- - Supersonic Air Strike: Deals double damage to air warships. Lowered damage falloff from the center.

- - Nod Militants: Has two less member. But members have 10% more health and deal more damage.
- Militants stand closer to each other.
- When spawned from sold buildings, they have 90% health (from 100%).
- - Rocket Militants: Lowered rate of fire to 3.3s (from 3s). Lowered range to 335 (from 345). Lowered damage to 265 (from 275).
- - Dawnbringer Device: Increased splash radius. Improved armor against Gun and Grenade damage. Deal less damage to Tiberium
- - Fixed Black Hand: Can now be crushed by tanks.
- Marked of Kane:
- - Centurion: Increased speed to 50 (from 47).
- - Tib Trooper: Increased upgraded damage to 15 (from 13).
- - Reapers: Increased anti-aircraft range to 365 (from 350).
- - Cyborg EMP Coils: Lowered upgrade cost to 1000$ (from 1500$) and upgrade time to 30s (from 45s).
- Lowered EMP radius to 70 (from 75).
- All Scrin:
- - Phase Field: Doesn't emp, but gets 50% slowed when enemy EMP hits.
- - Tripods: Take slightly less rear damage.
- - Shard/Gunwalkers: Lowered damage to aircraft to 150% (from 200%).
- - Seekers: Now deals 150% damage to aircraft.
- - Signal Transmitter: Lowered income buff to 10% (from 15%).
- - Buzzer Hives: Increased range to 425 (from 400).
- - Gunwalker: Added minor splash damage to weapon.
- - Stasis Shield: Does not work on buildings anymore.
- - Devourer Tank: Lowered range to 330 (from 340).
- - Devastator Warship: Limited turret turn radius to 320° (from 360°).
- - Corrupters: Now it can heal multiple infantry units in a squad.
- Lowered healing to 18 HP (from 25 HP).
- - Storm Column: Increased cost to 2600$ (from 2500$), increased power cost to 20 (from 13)
- Lowered range to 360 (from 375).
- Reaper-17:
- - Devourer Tank Mutation: Deals splash damage when charged.
- - Shard Walker: Lowered cost to 700$ (from 800$), lowered health to 2600 (from 2700).
- Lowered damage to 80 (from 120, same as Shard Walker). Lowered upgraded damage to 125 (from 165).
- - Shardling Hive: Increased energy cost to 8 (from 7). Fixed Shardling health (had too little).
- Note: I thought it was justified since Shardlings deal extra damage to vehicles but cost the same as Buzzer Hives.
- - Forcefield Generators: Increased cost to 3000$ (from 2500$) and build time to 1m 30s (from 1m 15s).
- Note: Messenger-8 Forcefields cost 3500$.
- - Shard Packs: Increased cost to 2500$ (from 2000$) and build time to 1m 15s (from 1m).
- - Reaper Tripods: Charged Tripods deal 50% damage to infantry (just like uncharged lasers).
- - Amplified Ichor Conversion: Increased cost to 2500$ (from 2000$) and build time to 1m 15s (from 1m).
- Remark: Reaper-17 had some of the cheapest lategame upgrades, along with great economy and powerful T3 units.
- Their lategame power spike was simply reached too early.
- Messenger-8:
- - Wormhole: Increased cost to 3500$ (from 3000$).
- - Disintegrators: Did not benefit from the Negative Energy upgrade.
- - Devourer Tank: Lowered upgraded damage to 800 (from 880).
- - Negative Energy Lance: Increased cost to 3000$ (from 2500$). Increased research time to 1m 30s (from 1m 15s).
- - Fixed PACs: Fighters respawned faster than intended.
- - Annihilator-Tripods: Lowered upgraded damage to 650 (from 670).
- Slightly increased damage, but also slightly lowered rate of fire. Now it kills a Predator in 6 shots instead of 7.
- Traveler-59:
- - Agonizer: Lowered health to 220 (from 240).
