Reasoning:  While holding off on the false moon due to it not being necessary for now, this skill will be vital for his path as a Zeal Saiyan, as ki control is very important in maintaining his power and when adapting to an opponent. He is one of the strongest Saiyans and while this doesn't inherently make him stronger, it will help him keep that title...and for whenever Kalo and the Arcane Beasts return, should they also grow in power. He uses his power a lot, thus, he will likely try to control it-much like how Konja taught him while cutting the wheat and crops.
