First of all, I apologize to all the people that were involved in what I did and I ask for forgiveness and another chance. I acknowledge this is not my first or second or even third offense in the community, but I am still learning how to RP and become better every day like many others. In the entirety of my time on LARP, I have made many new friends OOC and IC and enjoy many being in the community. I believe that I only have one ban for NGF and even though I didn't get the first NGF ban cleared up with the admins at the time it was a misunderstanding. In the scene where I got banned for NGF, I was at legion and people form a car told me to put my hands up and since there was no gun pointed at me I got in my car and ran. It turns out that somebody was behind me pointing a gun to me that I did not see. I did not turn around to look because I did not see a gun anywhere and was trying to save my life as fast as possible.

I also do not believe I have been banned for FailRP once before and like I said I am still learning and trying to make my RP better. I was in discord with one of my friends (We will call him Joe) while I was down near legion because I impersonated a cop and I believe got hit with a baton. Joe in discord already knew where I was because he saw me at legion and asked if I needed help which I responded yes, so he broke the door off his car and said exactly "I'm gonna come with a dominator." It just so happened to be that there was another dominator at the scene and I thought it was him, but the door wasn't broken off. He said "I just broke the door off" and another friend that I saw near the scene said, "Yeah it is broken off." That led me to believe my game was just bugged as recently I have not been seeing fire hydrants, light poles and various other textures in the city, so I got up and ran to the car and got in it. The officer tased me out of the dominator and when I got back up Joe's dominator rolled by and I realized that I got in the wrong one. It was an honest mistake and I was going to apologize to the officers after but it turned out to be a longer scene than I expected, so I unfortunately forgot. The officers did actually end up winning the scene and it was really fun to rp the rest out.

For the NGF side of the ban, I was on top of a semi-truck with about 5-10 other people watching as well and one of those people (We will call John) which I have known for a long time and was even in a gang with him at some point was there. I can't quite remember how we got into the squabble, but John and I started punching each other and messing around. Which included him punching me off the truck and I punched him off the truck. John then pointed a gun at me while I was climbing back up the truck and said do it again and see what happens and because I've known John for a while thought he was messing around, so I tackled him off the truck just for fun. John didn't even directly threaten me or seem to be too angry about getting tackled. Every time I get held up by someone I will do what they ask but this time I didn't because I thought we were messing around because I've known him for a while. Nobody was killed or lost anything from the RP scene and nothing negative came out of it, it was just for fun. Had I known John was being serious with me I would've never tackled him and did what he asked of me, but I did not realize that was the case.

I have been playing LARP for a while and realize what I did was wrong and don't want to let some slip-ups ruin it, but I will do my very best to make my RP better, fear guns, and not fail RP. This permanent ban even though it was just handed out to me has made me realize that my RP could be a lot better and serious and I'm willing to make the change for the community and for myself if I were to get a second chance. I have been playing LARP constantly for months and almost nothing else because I love the server and the community and I don't want a ban to take the community away from me. I apologize to everyone again and hope everyone can forgive me. I would also like to DM an admin to add some more information that I wouldn't like to disclose here. Thanks.
