I know the old ones well. not sure if they have changed over the hiatus

No. braking rules is braking rules no matter who it is

Rarely, i am a level headed person who usually stays out of drama not much gets under my skin

Yes, having played Minecraft for years i couldn't name every single one however i have helped on multiple small player base servers (10-50 players) as mod/admin ect..
i have also owned and maintained an SMP server which when online sees 10-30 players

How would you deal with a staff member breaking the rules?
I would treat this much differently then any other player. depending on the offence i would either try to suspend the activity (e.g. possible temp ban or kick to stop griefing) and gather evidence or just gather evidence to report to a superior

How many times should a player be warned before action is taken?
As always depends on what has been done.
Spamming chat or something similar 1-3 warnings
Disrupting the server in some way like griefing 1 or less

How are you different from other Applicants?
Quite different. I believe my experience and level headed nature sets me apart from the average applicant

How do you believe you will benefit ParallaxMC as a member of staff?
I will assist the smooth running of the server by seeing things through and moderating the player base to keep peace.
I will also be a voice of the players pushing forward popular requests for features and preferences
Finally i will do my best to ensure parallax MC is a pleasant server to play on in every aspect
