- Buy 2 Potions, 3 Repels, 2 X Speeds and 2 X Attacks

ROUTE 104/PETALBURG WOODS
- Run through the grass if no Rock Smash slave, and pick up the Potion
- Don't pick up the Ether
- Skip TM09, but pick up the Oran Berries

ROUTE 116
- Don't teach Rock Tomb

RUSTBORO CITY
- Don't take the mart

DEWFORD CAVE
- Kill Zubats/Makuhitas if it's safe
- When you evolve, teach Mud Shot over Growl
- Get ~100 experience past Lv. 16

ROUTE 109
- Pick up the Ether (as a backup)

SLATEPORT CITY
- Tackle x2 on the museum Zubat (WG if in Torrent)
- Sell TM39 and TM47
- Buy 5 Super Potions and 4 Repels (2/4 with Escape Rope and Repel, 0/4 with just Escape Rope or just Repel)

ROUTE 110
- Always fight Timmy
- Rival 2: Use Mud-Slap only after setting up everything

MAUVILLE CITY
- Take the center after getting the bike

ROUTE 111-113
- CTB: Strength, Mud Shot, WG
- Pick up TM32 if necessary (-$960 without it)

FALLARBOR TOWN
- Sell Nugget (and TM32 if necessary)
- If you got a money item from Zig, add 4 X Specials, 1 X Speed and 4 X Attacks
- Buy 0-1 Escape Ropes, 7 Super Repels, 5 X Speeds, 11 X Attacks, 1 Defend and 1 Guard Spec.

MT. CHIMNEY
- Aqua Grunt: Strength x2
- Matt: Mud Shot, Strength, Mud Shot
- Archie: Guard Spec. on slave, X Speed+X Attack+Strength+Mud Shot, Strength+X Attack+Strength, Mud Shot

LAVARIDGE TOWN
- If low on healing items, take early Herb Shop and get the Charcoal to sell
- In heal menu before Flannery, use Max Ether on Mud Shot

HERB SHOP
- Sell TM50 unless got money item from Zig
- Buy what you can afford, which is usually 7 Energy Roots and 4 Heal Powders (6/6 also works)

- X Defend room: Mud Shot+some combination of 3 moves that kills (depends on first range and PP)

- Norman: X Defend, Mud-Slap, X Speed, X Attack x6, Strength+Strength, Mud Shot, Strength+Strength

WEATHER INSTITUTE
- If you have 0-1 Strength+Mud Shot PP, take the bed on the way in. If you have 3+, take the bed on the way out
- Aqua Grunt 1: Mud Shot

- Before Shelly, equip a Persim Berry OR use a Rare Candy if you'll reach Lv. 33 and will be in Torrent

- Rival 3: X Attack x2-3, X Speed, Strength x2, Mud Shot (can Mud-Slap Numel to free Strength PP for Carvanha Torrent manip)

ROUTE 120
- On Super Repel menu, remove Mystic Water from Castform and any item from Zig
- Skip the lake candy

MT. PYRE
- If applicable, Rare Candy to reach Lv. 33 before first fight
- Aqua Grunt 1: Strength when it will kill; Surf when it won't
- Aqua Grunt 2: Strength+Mud Shot (Strength for Torrent if necessary)
- Aqua Grunt 3: Mud Shot x2 (Strength for Torrent if necessary)
- On summit menu:
	> Give Mystic Water to Swampert
	> Use Rare Candies if Lv. 34
	> Teach Fly to Swablu
	> Teleport to Fortree

FORTREE GYM
- If entering as Marshtomp, use Rare Candies once Lv. 34

- Buy 6 Max Repels, 3-4 Revives and as many Hyper Potions as you can afford

- Samantha: Surf x2
- Tate & Liza: If at 0-49% HP: X Speed+Energy Root on turn 1, switch to Swablu when Abra dies, then switch to Castform and spam Surf+Rain Dance. If at 50-100% HP: normal strats

MOSSDEEP CITY
- Get HM08 from Steven
- Use a Max Repel, heal to full, teach Dive to Swampert over Mud-Slap, and equip a Persim Berry

SEAFLOOR CAVERN
- If you hit spinner, Mud Shot+Strength
- Shelly: MS x2, Surf+Strength
- Before Archie, heal to full and equip a Persim if you don't have one equipped
- Archie: Surf x2+Mud Shot, Surf x3+Strength, MS x2 (Dive to finish Mightyena/Crobat if necessary for PP)

CAVE OF ORIGIN
- Repel when the previous one wears off in Sootopolis, not in the cave
- After catching Kyogre:
	> Teach Waterfall to Swampert
	> Teach Surf to Kyogre over Body Slam
	> Teach Shock Wave to Kyogre over Calm Mind
	> Give Kyogre a Persim Berry
	> Use the Escape Rope
- When you reappear in Sootopolis:
	> Switch Kyogre to slot 1
	> Fly to Sootoplis

SOOTPOLIS GYM
- Wallace: Shock Wave, Surf, X Special, Shock Wave, Hydro Pump, Shock Wave x2
- After exiting the gym:
