- Oh Culomb, I know your law well,
- using it, it is so simple to tell,
- the force between two point charges, no matter how far,
- is dependent on their charge and how far away they are.
- Electric field can tell you how strong a force would be,
- or give you information about energy density.
- They aren't real, just a construct of the mind,
- still it's hard to do physics without those imaginary lines.
- Electric Potential Energy is easy to find,
- if one will simply keep in mind,
- the method to use, and apply some persistence,
- take the integral of force with respect to distance.
- Electric potential, or Voltage as some say,
- is Electric Potential Energy, with charge taken away.
- It's not a hard concept, but it involves some tricky math,
- it is the integral of Electric field perpendicular along a path.
