Alright so I had this thread locked because of 1. It went out of hand quickly and while you may say “let the forum admins do their job” they were and it was already at 5 pages worth of comments I felt there were already most points made. 2. It proceed to open up more problems when open than closed. Most reports will usually be left open but if it goes south like this then it will be closed till I respond.  Now as for the report itself starting with the sit, Hazel was well mannered in what she did but even I was confused most of which was going on. She should of pulled each other individually and spoken to them. The videos she provided was her giving examples of the past in which Cauli’s behavior wasn’t the best at all. I agree with the whole shoe thing I don’t find it harassment and that word has been getting thrown out a lot in which it’s getting too confused and used as a normality. Would I of banned cauli? No. Would I of told them all to stay away ? Yes. Allia is a ghost and why she stood still there the entire time is confusing if she would of left and they followed then okay something should of happened then but given the Benefit of the doubt there is a lot of variables in this. Allias first video happened November 30th something should of been reported then and dealt with. The 2nd video was a minor comment by cauli. The others she had nothing to do with in said videos. That sit looked rushed and from Allias videos nothing was said in @ chat so the online staff weren’t able to help. Hazel said she was on an alt and she should of let the staff handle it from there it doesn’t look right and in my eyes doesn’t feel right. I see and read everything when i get a chance to and labeling people “brain dead” and asking for a demotion when this is a report separate to what happened before is rushed and ill mannered. I do not know if she thought cauli was warned previously but that should be checked, a ban off of that shoe comment wasn’t needed. A “leave them alone” would of helped and if cauli said something more and regarding the past history of warns then a ban would be warranted. demotion is not taking place that isn’t warranted at this stage. Hazel and I have talked extensively since the report and She will be reprimanded and warned on what not to do. Her and I agreed that her taking a leave will be beneficial. Cauli and Allia, if you can’t play nicely together leave each other alone and that Goes for the others that were banned. Especially Gordon you were moderator before and that attitude I saw is terrible.  Report is accepted.
