Nothing that comes to mind. If a specific raid encounter requires a certain macro I put it down on my action bar. Feels like I should have more to say about it, but there isn't really much to add.

I'm rather bad with these log things... I know my old guild would also run private logs, and I have no idea what is and what isn't uploaded. What I can say about it is that I prioritize getting bosses killed over personal dps. For example, I don't care at all which gem I hold on a boss like Opulence as long as it goes down. That's not to say I don't work to perform well, and I hope there are results to prove I do.

**What additional resources do you use to keep up to date with your class knowledge/theorycrafting?:**

If there's any major change I will check out bloodmallet and icyveins. I will often run simulations to compare items and traits to see how they, theoretically, compares to one another. Nothing that I'd say is really all that special.

**Describe what steps/actions you take to improve your performance:**
_This could include actions you would take in the face of criticism from us, general optimizations, or direct comparisons to other players who performed "better"._

For example, if I'm progressing on an encounter I will compare my own damage to other players' (preferably another hunter) in order to see if I perform similar. If I were to be lower than my peers then I will look into why that may be; are they cleaving more targets? Are they simply outperforming me? If it is the former, and no cleaving is necessary, then I simply continue what I am doing. If that's not the case, and if I'm behind a fellow hunter, then I would consider using cool downs differently, if that is what makes the difference. Generally I would say I do quite well, but of course, no one is perfect.
If I were to make a stupid mistake like die in a fire, then obviously I would already know what I did wrong and make sure it does not keep happening. If I were to get criticized for it, then that's fair. If I, on the other hand, for some reason died/caused a wipe without maybe knowing why and how to prevent it, then I would have to ask for suggestions or advice. My goal is to do it better and do it right. With that said, I don't consider myself someone who keeps making mistakes (especially the same ones), but I accept criticism where criticism is due.

We try our best to develop a lot of resources and tools internal to the guild in order to improve communication and efficiency, this includes: custom weak auras, addons, spreadsheets, files or otherwise.

**What is your average latency in game?:** Appears to stay around 20-25 ms.

**What is your average fps in raids?:** 50-ish? I do not know the number, but things appears to run smooth. I would assume it stays at the very least above 50. Exception would be Mekkatorque, where it will drop to maybe 20 during the intermission.

**Do you have a good quality microphone and are you a vocal communicator? - (Yes/No):**

## Guild Information ##

**Describe your guild history and why you left each of them:**

So I joined Envy many, many years ago. I joined them back in 2010, almost a decade ago. I played with them during the end of Wotlk and all of Cataclysm. I raided in the guild when we achieved World 3rd on Ragnaros. Then in 2012 I became a dad and retired from hardcore raiding and eventually had my subscription run out sometime during the early months of MoP.
During WoD, when my son was older and parenthood wasn't as demanding, I started playing again on a whim and wanted to try raiding again. Alas, it was around that time Envy quit hardcore raiding. For reasons unknown to me at the time (this is somewhat personal, so I won't bring it up here), I could not have stayed with them long, and I also could not play with them at the beginning of their semi-hardcore career.
I started playing again midway through Legion, although I could only get a spot as a social in the guild until BfA was released and that's when I actually began to raid again until very recently.

What happened, in a nutshell, was that I simply could not put up with people - adults - that act like retarded, cocky teenagers and were (and are) allowed to do so. It wasn't because of extended wiping, as I can still enjoy that if there is a good atmosphere, but because of imbeciles that I decided I did not want to raid and was thus consequently removed from the guild.

 No.

**Why do you want to join our guild?:**

I wish to join a competent guild on Kazzak that raids 3 days a week. Luckily, this guild appears to be exactly such a guild.

Despite playing the sexiest race in the game (tauren female) I do not let that distract me from performing my duties in a raid. As I shared in my guild history, I'd say I can definitely show a lot of loyalty to a guild I commit myself to, and it definitely takes a lot to push me away from it.
I play, at the moment, on several characters (ones I have previously linked) and could, if needed, play them in bigger roles as well.
