First of all i would like to introduce myself.
My name is Matúš Klaudíny. I have recently left my job in Žilina, Slovak Republic in order to move back to Czech Republic where I previously studied. For the majority of last two years I worked as a Project Manager for a Mobile&Web Development company GoodRequest, s.r.o. - starting this position as a Software Integrator of flagship Atlassian products such as JIRA and Bitbucket. I was responsible for all the necessary configuration and integration of these tools into the company's workflow and following administration, support and maintenance work until my departure. Throughout my time at GoodRequest I had an oportunity to form myself into a Project Consultant really quickly after first couple of months. I was put into a test to try out my theoretical project management skill set in practice. My key responsibilities were creating technical product briefs based on client's specifications, calculating first phase estimations and price offers, consulting all the necessary software features that should be developed for the final product. After a while I was put into a spot as a full-on manager for couple of external projects as well as handling our internal software product. My daily duties after this point were to maintain contact with clients and fulfill their requirements during project development stages, schedule day-by-day work for designers, developers and plan all the tasks into our JIRA instance. I was also moderating internal meetings, preparing various digital or written content for our projects.

With all that said I believe I should have a good base for managerial/analytical position in software-related companies. I reached out specifically to Avast because of my previous impressions from attending mDevCamp 2016 as well as afterparty in Avast Prague Offices which were pleasant and motivating - where I have found out more about the work culture, processes and other areas. Second essential factor was a great recommendation from one of your employees (web Developer Erik Ondruš), who spoke really nicely about the company in general.
After reviewing your career opportunities on web portal I have found an interesting position that I could match up few of my past work activities with - Business Analyst (SMB) .../10061-business-analyst/. Since my current life situation is aiming towards Brno much more than Prague, I have reached out to general recruitment mail to seek Brno-based vacancies which are similiar to one stated above. Also if there would be any way how to work in this specific position (curently offered in Prague) from your Brno premises (with perhaps intermittent trips to Prague) I would be very interested.
