  2. You do not understand how much power is required to simply run the infiSTAR backend day to day, hour by hour, minute by minute.
  3. The services you currently obtain are no longer supported by infiSTAR, they cannot continue running the product behind the scenes anymore alongside their new product. It's expensive af and clearly not making enough money to continue as it has done, so you can chose one of two...
  4. 1) Move on to the new product.
  5. 2) Allow your current product to expire when it shuts down in the backend because it cannot be run anymore.
  6. Either way, the old product will no longer function as it does today because it cannot be supported anymore.
  7. If infiSTAR had to close today, your product will not continue to function either, so they have to make a corporate decision to continue to exist...
  8. Like any company in a deficit, they have to make changes and cuts or produce something new that will run within the budget.
  9. It's literally that simple
  10. So if they do not move on, eventually it fails and your product ceases to work anyway as it requires the backend to function, or they make something new and the new product does the same things but in better ways with more added to it to attract you more into monthly running costs and infiSTAR continues for the foreseeable future.
  11. In simple terms...
  12. a) InfiSTAR continues as is > Fails due to money drying up > Stops working
  13. b) infiSTAR Adapts to current markets, continues to run for a longer time, providing you and the rest of us with a product still being developed.
