  1. Find the Razer product that you would like to SE, and study the product a little bit, such as common problems, factory issue flaws, so that you are prepared for the questions they might ask you, such as how many buttons it has, the glow of the keyboard etc.

  17. Wait for them to reply to your email , they will try to run through the FAQ with you and try and troubleshoot the problem, but just tell them you’ve done all of these, and none of them worked and keep on answering the questions they ask

  25. The next email you get should contain a form such as this one, which they require you to fill out

  32. Fill out all the information and fake the receipt. Some methods of getting the Serial No. is by asking people selling that specific Razer product on eBay for the info or going on YouTube and checking reviews of the product and copy it off from there.

  38. They will either deny your RMA, or accept it. If they accept it, read further down. If theydeny it, go to their Facebook/Twitter page and post something on their profile like “Razer is a horrible company, I got a broken product and they won’t even replace it!”
  39. You should receive a PM from Razer asking you to E-mail one of the Managers. E-mail them and say something along the lines of:

  43. "Hi, I messaged you on facebook. I received a product from you guys, and it does not work at all, I even tried it on my friends computer"

  47. Also, give the Manager your Customer # and all of the Info you have supplied to the Customer Service agents. Keep E-mailing the Manager, be persistent that it’s not fair and that you would like your product replaced. They will eventually give in and give you an RMA.

  55. Now that your in the RMA process, take a picture of a box that would look like a similar size to your Razer product and Then, take a picture of the product, and wait 2+ weeks. Then after two or more weeks, E-mail them asking when your new device would come in, they will reply saying that they really never received your package.

  58. Now, be resolute that you sent in the package and that you want your product replaced. Also attach the picture of the fake device you sent in. You should receive an E-mail back saying that they have made an exception and have processed your return.
