  1. 1) Have you ever been a mod/admin before? If so, how many servers (roughly) have you been a mod/admin in?
  2.
  3. 1 server, I was admin for a Byond game called DBR. It was a very meh experience, I did my job, didn't get any complaints, and I didn't have any complaints.
  4.
  5. 2) How do you react to people who are breaking the rules, creating drama, etc.?
  6.
  7. I try to keep things lax as long as the people I'm working with are known on the server. I'm more lenient towards people who haven't broken rules in the past, but people who come in to simply cause drama and problems will be swiftly dealt with as deemed necessary.
  8.
  9.
  10. 3) How active are you?
  11.
  12. I'm on pretty much every single day. I roleplay most days unless I'm deadbeat tired.
  13.
  14. 4) Do you know what we look for in character submissions?
  15.
  16. Original or fun concepts that players can run with, instead of copy and pasted cats or cats with so little backstory to them that theirs no way they can have any fun with them outside of a few thread interactions. No blank slates- Give them a story. All characters have a story.
  17.
  18. 5) Do you understand that you will still have to answer to the admins?
  19.
  20. Of course. A position of power changes nothing compared to others in power.
  21.
  22. 6) Do you promise to uphold the rules of the server and not play favorites (playing favorites, ganging up on other members, punishing members simply for not liking them, etc. will result in you losing mod privileges)?
  23.
  24. Of course. I never play favorites. All are equal in the eyes of the staff.
