I'm switching my bot to a vps/different computer/different vps, what do I need to do?
A: Create a ticket and ask for a HWID reset.

I want to switch the names/accounts of my alts that are used by the bots. How do I do that?
A: Switch it in the file (settings.ini or MinecraftClient.ini depending on which bot) then create a ticket and ask for a mcname change. You only have to give us the mc names, not the logins.

A: Make sure .settings ftop is correct, if it is do .set spambalcommand false, and if that doesn't fix it, make a ticket.

My bot is spamming something from message above the xp bar, how do I stop it?
A: Change the "showxpbarmessages=" in your MinecraftClient.ini to false.

 How do I fix it?
A: Check your playerData2.txt and settings.txt the in data folder and see if either are empty/nulled if it is, use a backup and replace the nulled one.

The console client says this:

A: Create a ticket and show a screenshot of what it looks like from the bot's perspective (the command prompt) of you messaging it a command.

I'm getting the error "token / hwid doesn't match or wasn't found." What do I do?
A: Check if the logins in your settings file are correct meaning they work and the mcnames and token matches with what's listed on the website.
