You must tell me all the effects included in the image. (also explain some of them or include the actual name for them so I can know how to apply them)
You must provide an image of your choice which will have the effects applied on.
If you want the color of the bg to be a certain color, you should send me a hex code accordingly, and if you just want it "blue" I will choose any blue that I find cool B)
