Yes the release will play. but what about DLC's? They are region specific based by Title/Serial ID
DUPLEX you dont help anyone out with even mentioning the Serial/Title IDs in your nfos
Also may i add pkg fixes and or updates are also region specific.
so yes adding region and title/serial IDs should be mandatory. to avoid the headaches.

make a FIX-SerialID directory and put the fixed files in there, allow the enduser to apply thier own patches.
when cfw3.60 with your pre-patched release well consider it GARBAGE and UNPLAYABLE.
