We'd also have to make sure that the armor is properly unisex so that female boobs don't clip through the chestplate (Not repeat the mistake Sayter made with the Elder armor set)

Hmm... Actuallyyy there are tabards which only have a cloth that covers the front/crotch area
I dunno, normal tabards look better imo, if we do decide to put one on the upgraded set it'll make for something truly unique as I don't think any set in the game has a tabard.
Without tabard I can imagine the leather bits being replaced with chainmail
