100hz VA so not as good as above on build quality and small features but you can buy this new for $400 new on sales so its good value  ^^^^

100hz VA(more ghosting than IPS but better contrast)  Nice black look but some concerns on image quality ^^^^^

100hz VA looks nice and has good reviews I have no experience with MSI monitors but my motherboard is MSI and it werks.  Great budget option, only drawback is crappy stand (no height adjustment, only tilt) ^^^^
