  2. My IntoVPS experience (EUROPE only locations, mostly Cluj & Bucharest servers). Quite happy experience as you can read below.

  20. - All demands where nicely handled by their support team.
  21. - They exceeded their obligations providing free support for things outside TOS.
  22. - VPS package was moved very fast at least one time on another server (server upgrade) with minimal disruption.
  23. - Only 2 major incidents in 8 years solved with very good will. The problems date back into 2012. I think at that time they where growing quite fast and problems where expected.
  24. - Fair money for the CPU/RAM you get. Performance as expected.

  28. - Basic services. I would like to see more in the area of API and cloud storage you can buy and attack to your VPS.
  29. - No backup service you can buy. I have to use external storage. This is good & bad in the same time. It force me to use second party backup storage which is safer. Bad for the external traffic. Bad for lazy people like me who likes to have less accounts all over the net.
  30. - No affiliate program. I recommended them a few clients so i'm quite frustrated i couldn't make some profit from an affiliate program.
  31. - Not exactly the best buy for storage space. I would expect a little more space for the price compared to some other companies I know. However i can ignore this because other qualities i mention before.

  37. Bought their first cheapest VPS with CentOS6 + DirectAdmin.
  38. They deployed the VPS as expected. I received proper help from Sales team requesting some extra legal papers clients not usually ask for (I was buying the VPS for a workers union organization and they needed some extra papers for the unusual internal approval process).

  42. Detected some hacking attempts coming from another IntoVPS client IP. They solved the problem very fast from the moment i contacted them about this abuse.

  46. Switched from DirectAdmin (drop the license) to plain CentOS. Everything was smooth.

  50. First major downtime because of a VPS location migration from Cluj to Bucharest. After the move i found everything working as expected.

  54. Bought another VPS with CPANEL license. It was the first CPANEL license i got from them. CPANEL was minimal. I asked for CPANEL + Fantastico they didn't had Fantastico license at that time. Except that everything went smooth.

  58. VPS not responding. They told me is because another user VPS was abusing IO on that server. They offered me a migration on another server as a faster alternative to solve the problem. They solved the problem.

  62. First spam situation. Some account on my VPS was sending out spam. They where notified and they contacted me. They offer me enough time to solve the problem without suspending any of my services. Later I had some other 2 spam situations they handled the same with notifying me and giving me time to solve the problems.

  66. Best unmanaged support service experience i ever had. I was having problem with one VPS being unresponsive, because of being infected with some nasty scripts. I was unable to solve the problem myself all attempts i made to kill the malicious process end up with unresponsive VPS. I didn't expected much help for an unamanaged VPS but i asked. They located all the files running the malicious processes and they chmod 0 all infected files. I could easily clean my VPS after that without losing any data or reinstalling the VPS.
