ARS17 Entrance Ticket Lottery Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is open to individuals who reside in Finland, with the exception of employees of Microsoft Oy, its affiliates, advertising agencies and their immediate family (including spouses, parents, siblings, children, or people who live in the same household as such employees), as well as anyone else who are professionally connected to this contest. Participants must be over 13 years to participate. Microsoft reserves the right to verify that the participants are eligible to participate in the contest and to verify their identity.
2. The participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them upon entering their registration for participation in the contest.

Participation
3. The contest begins on 30.8.2017 and ends on 6.9.2017 (the contest period). Entries received after the expiry of the contest period will be disqualified.
4. There is no prerequisite to purchase any product or service in order to participate in the contest.
5. Each participant can take part with 1 contest entry. Entries beyond this will be rejected.
6. To be eligible to win the prize(s), the participants must comment under the contest post on Facebook.
7. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or damaged will be considered null and void. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged during transmission.
8. Individuals who violate these contest terms and conditions will be disqualified from the contest.

How the winner is appointed
9. The Winners (10 winners) will be chosen on 7.9.2017 by lottery amongst all qualified entries.

Prizes
10. The prize is two (2) tickets to ARS17 exhibition in Kiasma Museum at a value of 14 euros each ticket. If the prize is delivered via post, postage charges are added in the value of the prize. The prize cannot be converted into cash. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equivalent or higher value. Further, changes to the product specifications may occur.
11. Microsoft will contact winners by private and/or public message on Facebook within three (3) days after the winners are selected. If a winner has not responded within one (1) week from the notification, the Winner is deemed to have waived the prize and an alternative Winner will be selected instead. Tickets will be delivered to the winners via postal office organized by Microsoft.
12. The lottery tax is paid by Microsoft.

Privacy
13. All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be treated in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Policy which is available at  http://aka.ms/privacy. By participating in this contest, you explicitly agree to the use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
14. Microsoft will use the personal information to confirm your participation and to contact the winners. All personal information will be deleted approximately 6 weeks after the Winner has been selected.
15. You can ask Microsoft for information regarding your personal information.

General
16. These terms and conditions, the carrying out of this contest and the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law with the exclusive competence of the Finland courts.
17. Microsoft cannot guarantee third party’s performance, and shall not be held responsible for any acts or omissions of a third party. The participants accepts that Microsoft has no responsibility of any kind for personal injuries, loss, costs, damage or dissatisfaction of any kind resulting from this contest, including as a result of participation or lack of participation in the contest, or the acceptance of or incorrect use of the prize. Nothing in this paragraph shall limit Microsoft’s obligations in the event of death or personal injury caused by Microsoft’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

19. The organizer reserves the right, in reasonable circumstances, to cancel this contest at any time without thereby incurring liability of any kind.
