Global Changes
Kyurem is now Uber (It will be buffed eventually to be uber quality)
Excadrill and Thundurus-I are now OU (Each will be nerfed somewhat)
0% crit chance (exception:  moves that always crit)
You can no longer be frozen. Ever. (Tri attack has a chance to badly poison in place of freeze)
Ground and Rock types now take neutral damage from poison (poison now has 2 not very effective hits, 1 immune hit, and 1 super effective hit.
Only gen 5 pokemon for now (once Unova is mostly balanced, other regions will be thrown in)
Egg move dream world legality nonsense will (probably) be gone for good
ALL dream world abilities are released.


Move Changes
Stealth rock: damage is capped at 25%
Self Destruct: 125bp, always crits (will be a replacement for the standard 250bp explosion)
Explosion: 200bp, always crits (note to self: this move should be rarely distributed)
Hammer Arm: Added 20% chance to lower opponent's speed
Night Daze: 90bp/100acc/20% chance to lower enemy accuracy
Acid Spray: 70bp
Toxic: 100% accuracy
Will-o-Wisp: 100% accuracy
Sky Attack: 100bp, 90acc, 20% chance to lower enemy defense (NO charge turn)
Relic Song: 20% chance to increase user's sp.a and atk (40% for meloetta because of serene grace)
Doubleslap: 40bp hits twice fighting type
Electroweb: 80bp, 85acc, 100% chance to paralyze the opponent
Hone Claws: Raises attack by 1 stage, and accuracy by 2 stages
Shadow Punch: 85bp
Wild Charge: 100bp
Stone Edge: 85acc
Rock Slide: 80bp, 100acc
Blizzard: 130bp, 60acc
Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, and Thunder: Can no longer inflict status
Hurricane: 110bp, cannot confuse
Heat Wave: 90bp (120 in sun), 100 accuracy, can no longer burn
Frost Breath/Storm Throw: 50bp, 100% acc


Ability Changes
Synchronize: Works with sleep now.
Tangled Feet: 1.5x speed when confused, cannot hit self. Evasion does not get raised while confused.
Defeatist: Halves this Pokemon's defenses if its HP drops below 50%. Atk and Sp.A do not drop.
Poison Touch: Chance = 50%
Battle Armor: Resisted hits do 2/3 damage
Oblivious: This pokemon's stats cannot be lowered.
