  1. ALWAYS DELETING MY POSTS!! DEAL WITH THE ISSUE AND I WILL STOP POSTING!!!!Received a phone call on Monday 27th of March 17 from Volkswagen customer services to tell me they can do nothing at all regarding my FAULTY 65 plate polo that has had 15 months of water damage! The car is mouldy, smells of damp and now the electric is at fault! I was promised a new vehicle in exchange for my faulty vehicle which they have now decided against! VOLKSWAGEN SOLD ME A FAULTY VEHICLE IN SEPTEMBER 2016! the dealership OLDHAM SMITH KNIGHT FAY AND MANAGER JASON CHISNELL ARE TO BLAME! Apparently whatever the franchise decides there is nothing Volkswagen itself can do! I am 19 WEEKS PREGNANT and having to deal with this issue daily! The car is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, FAULTY AND A HEALTH HAZARD!!! VOLKSWAGEN DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONLY THE MONEY THEY ARE STEALING FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!! The picture below is the passenger footwell soaked in water. The fault wasn't fixed for 15 months!

I spoke with Volkswagen finance on Wednesday 29th march as I was advised to by a lovely member of the public, I told the member of staff at the call centre that I wanted to discuss my complaint which has been ongoing for over 15 months with VW, he raised my case with the customer relations team who have now raised it with the financial ombudsman and they have 8 weeks to give me an answer! HOWEVER I did find out that when I took out the finance on the car my guarantor was put down as the agreement holder which we did not request and not agree on! He doesn't even have a driving licence which the member of staff asked me how this happened as apparently you need proof of this to open a vehicle financial agreement! So someone at SMITH KNIGHT FAY IS COMMITTING FRAUD!!! Not only have I been paying for a FAULTY vehicle that I was told was registered to Me I have been conned from day one from this franchise! I am now WAITING for a copy of my contract and a phone call from VW customer relations team or from ANOTHER CASE MANAGER! My 5th one so far! VOLKSWAGEN ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT THEREFORE MY CONTRACT IS VOID! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS MY FAULTY VEHICLE SWAPPED LIKE PROMISED BUT NOW I WANT A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATING FOR SUCH A BAD, STRESSFUL 18 MONTHS!!!! I HAVE PROFF OF EMAILS REGARDING THE CONTRACTS BEING SIGNED AS GUARANTOR, PROOF THE FRANCHISE AGREED IT WAS A FACTORY FAULT AND EVEN ASKING ME WHAT COLOUR I WANTED MY NEW VEHICLE AND PROOF OF THW DAMAGE!!! Let's see what they come back with now!! Car now says needs inspection and is making a strange noise when driving!!
