This one has the normal villain org, though its only a small group of Four People. Their Goal was to end the Era of Shinobi. In order to do so, they aimed to start another Shinobi World War that would finish off all of the villages. The Four were masters in different arts, the arts were used to make their forged equipment even more powerful. Each of the members were from different clans. One of which was an Uchiha with the Mangekyou. This group used the flames of Amaterasu to create the weapons they sold.

Another of the four was a Hozuki. The equipment and everything was in the middle of a large lake underground, enabling the Hozuki to do the dirty work, forming the weaponry with the Amaterasu Flames without any serious danger. The Lake provided him with enough water. The other two kept their identities unknown, however, one of them was known for their Fuuinjutsu, able to increase the benefits and capabilities of the equipment they made.

The other of the two was the one that donned the appearance of a Weapon Salesman, spreading the Weapons of Amaterasu the other three forged. These weapons held massive destructive power, able to perform multiple capabilities. It was with these weapons that the Villages would finish off one another for good. Though, in order to form the next World War, they had to ensure every Village held enough power to wipe each other out. In order to form the next World War and the end of the Shinobi Era, they had to get their hands dirty.

The final member, who was the Weapons Salesman, held a specialization in Genjutsu. His capabilities with the Genjutsu was matched by none, able to give him the appearance of different things. This also included the ability to make others appear as another person as well as sound and speak like another. It was going to be with this final member and the Uchiha that they would begin the Final Shinobi World War. It would take time to provide the weapons, oh yes, but it was all for their end goal. This was their goal and passion. This was only the beginning.
