2nd Declaration of Independence

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter our former Systems of Government. The history of this government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

Our government has signed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, allowing for the indefinite detention of United States citizens without trial.
Our government has instituted then promised to reform the USA PATRIOT Act, only to sign into law its extension.
Our government has pushed banks to give subprime loans to poor Americans unable to afford them.
Our government has overseen the procurement of hundreds of millions of rounds of hollowpoint by the Department of Homeland Security.
Our government has levied the Affordable Health Care for America Act against the People, despite opposition by the majority.
Our government has signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011, making it a crime to enter or remain in an area where an official is present, even if one does not know it's illegal to be in said area and has no reason to suspect its illegal.
Our government has allowed the open provision of weapons to Mexican drug cartels, resulting in American deaths.
Our government has spent more taxpayer money in the last 12 years than the amount spent from the insurrection of this country to the beginning of George W. Bush's presidency.
Our government has refused to audit the Federal Reserve, the sole cause of the Great Depression and of the current economic recession we are in.
Our government has refused to legalize marijuana, a nonlethal drug with proven medical benefits.
Our government has refused to foster an environment of economic growth, instead raising taxes on profitable businesses.
Our government has increased welfare spending by 32% in the last four years, bringing the new total cost of entitlement programs to $1.03 trillion.
Our government has ignored the War Powers Act, and continues hostilities in the Middle East with no Congressional approval.
Our government has made public a kill list, and such pursuit has resulted in the deaths of at least 881 innocent civilians, including 176 children.
Our government has failed to make progress on our decaying public education system, which now ranks 17th in the world.
Our government has signed into law Executive Order 13603, which allows the U.S. government to seize all civil transportation, all forms of energy, all commodities and products that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, all health resources including drugs, biological products, medical services, materials, facilities, health supplies, services and equipment; and allows the government to enforce military conscription against the People.
Our government has allowed the establishment of private prisons not concerned with rehabilitation but rates of incarceration.
Our government has failed to act accordingly during natural disasters, including the lack of preparation/management of Hurricane Katrina and most recently the barring of food donation to Hurricane Sandy victims in New York.
Our government has committed atrocities to its own people, including the Tuskegee syphilis study, the Pellagra Incident and the malaria study done on prisoners of Chicago, the latter cited by Nazi physicians in their defense at Nuremberg.
Our government has voted themselves higher salaries in times of economic strife, an act that Benjamin Franklin says "heralds the end of the republic."

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress and/or action in the most humble terms; Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Therefore, We the People, by authority of the Declaration of Independence, solemnly publish and declare, that these United States are absolved from all connection from the current U.S. government, that the current U.S. government be abolished, erected in its place a new government holding true to the Constitution as outlined by our Founding Fathers barring the provisions of slavery and lack of adequate suffrage for all; and that this new government adheres to new rules, including:

no political parties, as they serve to divide the People and play to special interests;
term limits to Senators and Representatives taking monetary compensation for their public service, unlimited terms for those willing to serve for no compensation;
sound money printed by a public treasury, NOT a private bank;
transparency in all aspects, including public access to once restricted zones and the declassification of all information not regarding current military plans;
budget requirements forcing elected officials to pass a balanced budget, otherwise voiding their monetary compensation;
marriage laws allowing any consenting adult citizen to marry another consenting adult citizen;
no direct tax levied against the People, effectively repealing the 16th Amendment outright;
the ability for an adult citizen to put whatever substance they choose into their body regardless of lethality;
the end of corporate welfare, no more public money going to private causes;
the end of public welfare, no more social security, unemployment or government assistance;
and a new voting system based on candidate ranking in which the candidate that is ranked the highest the most will become elected.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor to form the Union as it was originally intended to be.
