DC Novoa hits the suspect, this can be heard from all 3 trooper's bodycams (At least from Sgt Dahmer's bodycam), I also would assume you can hear the hitting noise from the Granger's dashcam since the suspect did hit the vehicle being assaulted by a LEO.

Multiple shots are fired, the suspect is holding a Glock 18, problems here are

A) Dahmer lied, the suspect never reached for the trooper's weapon because:

-You never heard DC Novoa scream or struggle, and as seen from Dahmer's bodycam, DC Novoa was a few feet from the suspect as shots were fired.
-The trooper would realize that the suspect is REACHING for his gun, and yell for his fellow troopers.

the above leads to the 2 possible outcomes:

-DC Novoa handed the suspect the Glock18
-All 3 officers failed to pat down the suspect securely, confiscating the gun off of him

Highly unlikely to miss a Glock18 if you have someone in custody, you've got their ID and fingerprints, but you don't pat the suspect down, bullshit.

Sgt Dahmer finally enables his radio once again and makes the call in of shots fired, trooper down.

Sgt Dahmer, Probationer P. Dahmer are seen leaving Pillbox in the Granger with the suspect, (Radio was thrown into the bush, can say hospital staff found it), issue being, as seen from Hospital cameras, staff and the Granger's dashcam, they are not driving towards MRPD, but instead North.

You can hear something being thrown out of the car, as a window is broken(being heard from dashcam), conviently, both of the Troopers transporting the suspects, have lost tracking on them.

Granger shows up at SanyPD, where the Granger is then changed out to a Ford Explorer(which also has a dashcam).
