Greetings Mixer staff,
	My name is Bryan Bessey, but on stream I go by ActionHank. I've been streaming now for a few years, starting on Twitch.tv and at first things were great. Things quickly changed for the worse when I started being trolled by many people daily.  I began to see just how toxic the overall community was becoming. Even though I had a decent following there, I felt it was time for a change as that was not how I envisioned my own community and I wanted better for everyone. Needless to say I was very unhappy.
	Last August I started looking into a new place to stream and stumbled upon at the time Beam.pro. I checked out random streamers for less then a week and was immediately hooked. Everyone was so nice to me and everyone around me. It was what I was looking for all along. I had found a new home. At that moment I decided to drop everything I had done on Twitch and make the jump over and never look back.
	I took a couple months to change things over and to decompress and start new, then started up streaming on Beam in early October 2016. Since that time I have come to make many friends with people I'd call family in Partnered streamers, Viewers and Staff alike. Streaming had once again become fun, as it should always be.
	During my streams, I focus on gameplay with other streamers and viewers, and helping out the community as a whole. If someone has a question about something on my stream like how I made something show up, or what I use to have certain things happen, I will stop whatever I am doing to make sure they both understand and make it happen for them on their own. I also like to think of my stream as a place of refuge for anyone. I don't care what kind of day someone is having or what walk of life they come from. Everyone is welcome. I want a place where people can sit back, relax and have a good time with good people and myself.
	One thing I also like to do for the viewers is giveaways for games etc. I know its never required, but I work a full time job and I feel very fortunate to be able to give back to people that don't have the means to do so themselves. It's just another little part in my way to make sure someone is having a great day.
	For me, becoming a Partner is just the start of something bigger. It not only validates something for myself personally that what I'm doing is great, but also shows to the community I've made that we're headed for bigger and better things in the future together. It means I can start taking more steps towards bigger goals with my stream. In the near future, I plan to try and stream more then 3 days a week, and I also have some ideas for new things to add to my interactive buttons etc :-D
	Streaming for me has never been about the numbers. I don't care if there's only 5 people or 500 people there. I treat every stream exactly the same. Now I'd be lying if I didn't say its great when I get new followers and tips as personal goals are great and a needed thing, but for me, in the end its never been about that. For me it always has and always will be about bringing something great to Mixer, and having a place where everyone can feel safe and call home, while bringing them outstanding albeit goofy gameplay :-)
	I appreciate you all taking the time to read my application. Mixer really means everything to me and I am thankful for the opportunity to show you guys I have what it takes to be a fantastic Mixer Partner. I look forward to hearing from you!!
