Background Story:
Tyrin Downs was originally born to a family of Dark-Skin African-Americans inside the East LS housing projects. He had 2 siblings, a brother and a sister, and a father and mother. Since his young age his Mother has been addicted to drugs and his father didn't pay much attention to his kids so Tyrin had a rough childhood. Tyrin's mother and father where both very young and never meant to have kids, neither where they in any shape to care for one so Tyrin spent most of his childhood years rolling around in the Dangerous streets and not in doors or studying for his school. Tyrin never payed attention in School either, he skipped class and got suspended or got detention very often, getting into fights and doing illegal things daily like tagging up walls, drinking alcohol underage, smoking weeds from the local dealers and stuff like that. His Father also owned a car which Tyrin and his friends and siblings would often take out in the middle of night when their parents where asleep or out and not paying any attention to them. One of these times Tyrin was caught drinking and driving, without a license and he was too poor to afford a fine or anything so he went to a jail for a few nights and that was the first time he was ever caught doing a crime. Later when Tyrin was about 13 his father left him and his siblings and mother because he couldn't handle having a family anymore. This left Tyrin and his other family in a deep financial hard struggle, having a base-head for a mother and having no money so he had to get some small jobs, deal drugs, etc to get money for the family.

One day when Tyrin was young he woke up off his bed and he went out, on his usual day, drinking, smoking, hanging around with his friends on the hood and skipping School. When he came back to his house at night his siblings told him that his Mother had died of a drug overdose on heroin today. The news didn't strike him as bad as he thought because he realised he was never even spending time with his mother but now they had to move in with their grandmother, the only place they had left to go. They packed their bags and moved in there, his brother who was 19 at the time moved into a new place to live since he is a adult and fend for himself, Tyrin didn't hear from him too often anymore except some uncommon texts. Now Tyrin is 16 years old and he still lives with his grandmother.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
Rape; is allowed with OOC permission from all players involved in the situation. Out Of Character harassment or sexual remarks are not tolerated, and public sexual RP is prohibited aswell. If someone begins feeling uncomfortable during a roleplay of Rape or Sex they are allowed to stop it immediately and you must end it.

Robbery; is limited to 500$ per robbery and only Level 5+ can rob or be robbed. Robberies must be initiated in a secluded area or somewhere where there is no-one around. After you initiate the robbery and successfully get money from it you are not to kill the person unless there is a valid IC reason, EG: He threatens or attacks you. Robbing any sort of business or building needs 30+ PD/SD Members online and must be approved by a Senior Server Administrator. To begin a Bank or other store robbery you must /re and inform the admin of all the plans you have made. As soon as you pull a gun in a place such as a Bank Police will be immediately notified as silent alarms ICly go off pressed by workers.

Safezones; You may not commit any crime in Government Buildings like Banks, PD/SD HQ, City Hall, Prison Lobby, Hospital, The SA Airports and other places that in roleplay would be monitored by 24/7 security and CCTV.

Scamming; Is limited to 50K in money, no limit to assets, may not scam legal items like Businesses, Houses, Vehicles. Level 5 limit applies. Legal casinos gambling may not scam people or be scammed by people. Illegal gambling is done at your own risk therefore be careful with it as admins can't do anything about it.



Explain some roleplaying terms, like metagaming and powergaming, and give examples to each.
Powergaming; Roleplaying unrealistically or not allowing someone to respond to your role-play before performing it, also roleplaying for another person. This is not allowed.

Example 1: Person 1 sees the Police Officer with a gun and uses his bat to beat him up, not RPing the fear of the gun.
Example 2: *John_Johnson hits the guy in the head and he dies immediately.

Metagaming:
Metagaming is defined as mixing IC and OOC in any way, in RP your character and you are 2 completely different and shouldn't be mixed together at all. Examples of this;

Example 1; Person 1 PMs Person 2 for backup, calling him OOCly to come help him, so Person 2 comes and helps him out. This is MG.
Example 2; Person 1 and Person 2 use Discord Voice Chat to talk to eachother as IC. This is only allowed for PD/SD official members and in certain Teamspeak Channels.

Asspulling:
AP is defined as taking out a large weapon without any /me.
