Background:
Minji was born in Jejudo, South Korea to a Chinese mother and a korean father. She moved to Seoul at the age of 5 and studied at several prestigious schools, one being Hanlim Multi Arts school because of her large interest in the performing arts. Her father is a very successful business man while her mother owns a famous boutique in both Korea and in China. She has an older sister who is 3 years older than her. At the age of 16, her father was in a plane accident which resulted in killing every passenger in the plane, including her father. Her sister decided to continue his business and took the company under his own hands despite being only 18. She became somehow depressed but she had to keep it all within herself because she didn't have anyone to talk to due to her large lack of friends. Her sister soon moved away to Australia to continue to expand his business, leaving her and her mother to live alone. Her mother drowned herself in work pretty much all day, up to the point where she rarely ever came home anymore. Minji herself felt lonely, and kept herself in the house most of the time. She was always aware of the fact she wasn't normal, and that she could see things that weren't present in a normal human's sight, which was why many called her weird. But she grew up with these unseen creatures as her friends, so she got along with most of them, even the evil ones who at first took advantage of her started to fear her. One day she decided to tell the tales of the beings she befriended online, and she was a big hit. One day the ower of Axel hotel reached out to her, asking her to help GWANGJU look around for unusual beings in some rooms that were reported to be haunted.
