I'm good I'm just disappointed on how everything is going atm. I was having huge hopes on this new tier and everyone being eager to progress and be in top shape. But from my point of view 50% of the raid are actually trying and the other 50 is being plain stupid and not even trying to bother with mechanics and getting better
I know it's still early but if you don't know base mechanics of a fight like dodge shit on the ground then what are you even doing in the guild :/

On Avatar at the last hour or so - You were silent and stopped calling pretty much. The only thing really holding us back at that point as far as I could see was the Tanks.

I'm just not happy at all and had higher hopes of everyone, me seing this after those really intense and fun progressing in nh just makes me depressed on how things can turn so fast
And it reminds me alot of my former guild which makes me even more depressed and I don't know what to do about it. Which is why I don't feel like talking much in officer channel aswell
I just feel like alone in actually having hopes of clearing hc fast and clean and going in to mythic with absolutely destroying the first few bosses

And yes, I can see you don't talk in Officer too - I never understood why. You need to talk to me more mate, letting your problems/concerns pile up like this isn't good bro.

We've had 2 raid nights in HC, 7HC really isnt as bad as you're making it out to be. I think next Monday we will kill Avatar within 8 pulls easily. Stop worry and panicing man. You can't expect everything to be a one shot - It is new content and people are going to be making mistakes. I do understand and agree for the most part - But it's not as bad as what you're making out...

You guys are much better at analyzing logs than me and the answers are already there. But to put it short I don't really agree with the trials aswell, pan is cool and deserves it, demonparty seems nice aswell and rising is also deserving a spot. The rest however like bugs and so on is in my eyes not fit enough for raider. And then it comes down to my best friend irl solace I know he is capable and a great raider, I'm trying to be neutral and treat him the same as everyone else, just because he is my friend doesnt mean he should get a spot 100%. Then again it puts me in a bad situation, I know he is very good mechanic wise almost the same as me which makes for the dps loss part. Also compared to zeb he is missing tons of pieces of gear and I'm pretty sure he would do great once he gets there. But the major problem is trials doesnt recieve gear as much as a raider so yeah :/
And thats pretty much how I feel about the trials, and then there are a few of our own that is doing pretty bad aswell, need to check logs and I can give you some names. And yea 7 is decent but my mindset is a bit different in my world 9/9 and 1M kill is acceptable so yeah idk how to feel about that to be honest

You don't agree with the trials - Yet the people you said are deserving of a spot have been given a spot and those that you said dont havent been given one? Do you even read Officer chat at all? That's what we're all saying.

And on the terms of gear, yes - Of course Trials arent a loot priority. You said yourself it would be silly to give it to them when we had this discussion before. Plus, no doubt Solace is a good raider. However, he is not on the same level as Zeb I'm sorry. And thats with me not taking gear into account.  And to be honest, they are really not that far apart when it comes to gear at all. Go and check.

Im sorry - But 9/9HC AND 1 Mythic kill in 2 and a half raid days is a ridiculous estimate, you're naive to think we would get there that quick mate, sorry.

I meant with solace thats what i was referring to when I said I didnt agree with trials since he is not considered due to yiu guys only having numbers in ur head as prio 1. I know atleast that he is a guy that is 100% countable on but enough of that no point in discussing it since he is out already. And I don't really know how to handle to reject my best pal either that I've raided with for many years and tell him sorry my officers doesnt think ur good enough when I myself knows for a fact the opposite. Also in ur world it sounds ridiculous but in mine it makes sense which is once again to put it simple we don't share the same mindset sadly.

How do we have "numbers in our head as prio number 1"? You need to be able to follow mechanics whilst also pumping out some competitive numbers - Solace handles mechanics well but his DPS isn't as good as it should be. I warned you before that we couldnt guarantee a spot for him - And you went off of your own accord and invite him to trial. You put yourself in this position mate, sorry.

The thing is, to be 9HC and 1 Mythic - That would pull us to competitive world rankings mate. Thats not going to happen. We raid twice per week and yes, we're trying to build a strong team - But those sights are just way too high for what we can achieve at the moment, no matter how you look at it. I would love to be able to achieve that, but right now - as we are, we cannot and thats just the facts.
