1. Register a new Battle.net account. When they first ask which country you live in, choose the Netherlands (very important).

2. After you have logged in, click the blue "Explore" button to the right.

3. Choose "Buy games"

4. Choose a game that you would like to buy. Try Starcraft 2 or WoW for best results.

5. Click "Buy digital version" and select "continue".

6. Choose "Automatische Incasso" as your payment method.

On bank name, type something random, like: "simplebank"
On Bank account number, type a 6-7 digit number, like: "815651"
On Bank account holder, type the name that you registred your account with.

8. Check all the boxes and select "continue". You should now have bought the game and be able to download it.
