Right as promised this is the shark method SE

1 find the shark hoover model you want and take note of the shark model number.

2 head over to website shark and search for web for register shark Guarantee and register all details. Be aware that when you register details the hoover will be sent to that address and you will need email access to confirm details etc.

3 call up shark customer service speak to trouble shoot advisor
Explain how you purchased it about 5-6 months ago and that your having power problem you’ve tried few step online but would rather send you hoover in for replacement which you read up online.

4 he/she we ask where obviously you your fucking initiative and tell them and he/she will try explaining trouble shoot steep for you to take.

5 it’s up to you if you want to go for building a hoover and getting replace parts to build a hoover up you will still need to purchase few bits As they aren’t that stupid they keep track what they send you before asking you to send hoover in.

6 The big step for new people ! Hopefully providing you did everything right and got your self pre paid label ftid do your shit to make sure it all works out ( DPD is courier company !)

7 Once delivered to shark wait 2-3 days if you don’t hear Anything call up say you send everything back including your pets toll everything but your now without hoover.

8 The shark advisor will ask for tracking number send them it they will disappear for few minutes saying they will come back and they say they are going to process you a ticket so your hoover replacement will be sent out to you!

9 Enjoy your hoover once arrived.
