  1. The Lie We Live | Best Flat Earth Interview Ever | Eric Dubay ▶️️ (Part 2, starting at 30:00)
  2. ---------------------------------------------------------------

  6. There is an international space station. You can actually see it moving across the sky at night!
  7.
  8. 31:00
  9. -----
  10. I *HIGHLY* doubt Hubble uses the internet. You can find out how the Hubble telescope works here:

  15. No Eric, you don't 'pop out' of gravity. The ISS is still experiencing Earth's gravitational pull, in fact, its technically in free fall! Once again, Eric proves that he doesn't know anything about physics. Because its going so fast around the Earth, it never crashes.

  21. It is important to note that Space is not a perfect vacuum. Even in the farthest reaches of space, there are small, subatomic particles floating around. I am not sure how he came to the conclusion that you can't have a non-vacuum next to a 'vacuum'. Earth's atmosphere stays put thanks to gravity.

  25. If we sent a rocket straight up into space, it would fall back down to Earth. The parabola curve gives them forward momentum so they can stay in the Earths orbit. Oh yea, it also saves them fuel.

  27.
  28. 34:00
  29. -----
  30. Once again Eric, they don't escape the Earths gravity. They simply go where it is weaker, then use their forward momentum to stay in orbit.
  31.

  34. "Oh but if you look up satellites on google they all look fake!"
  35. ...Do I really need to address this?
  36.

  39. This is how satellites survive in the thermosphere

  44. you can LITERALLY see satellites going around the Earth. This video of the ISS was taken at a public observatory.

  49. With enough forward momentum, you will stay in free fall, essentially orbiting around the Earth.
  50.
  51. 36:40

  53. He keeps claiming the satellites are CGI, but he hasn't provided a shred of evidence of this.

  57. NASA does use photoshop. Here is why:

  63. pilots do not have to dip their nose in order to compensate for the Earth's curvature because they are moving in a straight line relative to the Earth. You must remember that gravity is still pulling the planes downward, but their forward momentum is preventing them from crashing to the ground. Oh yea, they also arent going 11.2 km/s, which is Earth's escape velocity. Eric does not know how gravity works. Can you believe this guy? Seriously, it doesnt take long to figure out why they don't need to compensate for Earth's curve.

  69. "Oh yea they explain it but, you know, their explanation is dumb because I said so and I refuse to elaborate. Its much easier to mock their explanation lol."
  70.
  71. Eric never actually refutes any of 'their' explanations, he simply mocks them. This is because Eric does not know *how* to refute them because he doesn't know anything about physics.
  72.
  73. 41:00
  74. ------
  75. I can't believe he just said that....My mind is absolutely blown.
  76.
  77. "Well why can't a helicopter hover for 12 hours over St. Louis and land in China because the Earth is rotating at 1,000 MPH?"
  78.
  79. BECAUSE THE EARTH'S ATMOSPHERE IS ALSO ROTATING AT 1,000 MPH!!! If the Atmosphere was stationary, and only the ground was moving, we would have *1,000 MPH WINDS*. The atmosphere is just another layer of the Earth, like the crust and mantle, the only difference is its a gas, not a solid. Oh yea, the helicopter is also moving with the Earth. From a point in space, the helicopter would appear to be moving at 1,000 MPH.
  80. Pretend you are in a car going at 75 MPH. If you flip a coin, It would not fly to the back of the car and hit the window. It would land back in your hand. This is because the coin is moving forward at 75 MPH *with* the car. This would only be apparent to someone who is outside of the car and stationary. This is all part of Einstein's theory of relativity. Here is a video about it.

  85. So the hosts is explaining everything I mentioned above. Lets see how Eric refutes it.
  86.
  87. Alright so here is how he refutes the basic physics above.
  88. "huhu just use ur common sense science is so dumb"
  89.
  90. yep, he never actually refutes the point, he just says that we need to use our "common sense", something he is very clearly lacking.
  91.
  92. 43:00
  93. -----
  94. You don't feel the Earth turning because you have been feeling it turning all your life. Your body has gotten use to it. You can feel yourself moving on an elevator because your body is not use to it.
  95. So despite everything the host said about relativity, he still seems to think that, on a ball Earth, you should be able to fly up in a helicopter, wait 12 hours, then land in China. Yes, he really is this fucking dense. He then brings up planes, and claims that a plane traveling 1000 miles west should pretty much remain stationary. This is literally the same argument as the previous one with helicopters, except for now we are using planes. I really don't need to refute this, because I already did above.
  96. I can't believe he thinks that this actually makes a difference.
  97.
  98. 44:00

  100. Earth rotates from west to east, Eric.

  107. -----
  108. We know the core exists, and how big it is, because of s-waves, which can travel through the mantel and crust, but not the core. I wonder how Eric would explain S-waves?

  113. Yes, we have gotten to the bottom of the specific. In 1960, the Bathyscaphe Trieste reached the bottom of challenger deep in Mariana's trench; the deepest point in the pacific ocean....or was that just a free mason lie?

  116. 48:30

  118. More "Me no understand big science. Big science hurt Eric brain!"
  119. Just because something is complex, doesnt mean its false.
  120.
  121. 49:00
  122. ------
  123. Again, just because something appears to be true, doesnt mean it *is* true. Just because the Earth looks flat from the surface, doesn't mean it is actually flat.
  124.
  125. 50:00
  126. ------
  127. Oh boo hoo, does Eric not feel important? Just shut the hell up, just because science doesn't make you feel important doesn't mean its false.
  128.
  129. 51:00
  130. -----
  131. You can be religious and believe the Earth is round.
  132.
  133. He continues to cry about how science doesnt make him feel important and about how scientists are making people atheists.
  134.
  135.
  136. The rest of this appears to be the first video, so I am going to stop here.
