  5. Martin Luther King Junior, Civil Right's Movement Leader.
  6. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, nineteen-hundred and twenty nine.
  7. Attended Morehouse College when he was grown.
  8. There he chose to enter the ministry.
  9. Learned of Gandhi's peaceful philosophy.
  10. Rosa Parks was arrested on a public bus.
  11. 'Cause she wouldn't give he seat up to a white man.
  12. So Martin Luther King led a boycott of the transit system.
  13. His boycott was successful, in desegregating the busses.
  14. But Martin's house was blown up and threats were made to his family.

  19. where they won't be judged by the color of their skin,
  20. but by the content of their character."

  24. Martin Luther King Junior, led a march that was peaceful,
  25. in Washington, DC, nineteen-hundred and sixty three.
  26. From the Monument to the Lincoln Memorial.
  27. Two-hundred, thousand protesters heard him say, "I have a dream."
  28. His non-violent actions led to the passing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

  30. The act made it illegal to discriminate against black people
  31. In any publicly owned facility.

  33. For his amazing deeds
  34. Martin received the Nobel Peace Prize for helping all have rights.

  38. Martin Led a march for black voting rights,
  39. Nineteen-hundred, and sixtyfive.
  40. Martin continued in his life to stop the wrong and make it right,
  41. Until his untimely death, shot in Memphis in 1968 on April 4th.
