When the group members are being annoying and not getting anything done, she is the one who will still be very focused and tell them to do the same. She is almost like the mom of the group.

★Thoughtful★ Understanding and cautious of others’ feelings, and is very good at giving advice. Enjoys listening to her friends vent and offering guidance, and is wise beyond her 22 years.

BACKGROUND: Song Sojin was born on September 08th,  1995, in Gwacheon, South Korea. When she was four, she moved to the nearby city of Anyang, with her mother, father, and younger sister, Song Chaeyeon. She went to school like a normal child her age, but quickly realized that she could remember facts in school easily— almost too easily. She didn’t even have to study the material to get A’s. Her parents at first thought that she was just a little ahead and would soon adjust to the pace of her classmates, but soon after they realized their child had a true gift in the areas of memory. She was able to absorb all facts like a knowledge sponge, and graduated with a gpa of 4.0. All of this put a lot of stress and anxiety on Sojin, and her insecurities from Elementary School only carried over and worsened through Middle and High School. In college, she was happy to be studying what she wanted to study, and was still haunted by memories of her younger, know-it-all, cringier, and annoying self. In college, she was eventually scouted for the agency.

HOW YOU FIRST FOUND HIM?: In tenth grade, they were paired up and did a project together. It was really bad. Like, actually horrible. They both got F’s on it, and never spoke again.

HOW YOU ACT AROUND HIM?:
★Beginning★ She was very shy and awkward, much like how she acted around all the members, and was very secluded and unsociable towards him. She didn’t dislike him or anything, she just didn’t feel comfortable enough to approach him.

★Middle★ She was less distant, but still very against and afraid of a romantic relationship between the two, and towards the end eventually gives in, and falls for his charm. She is still very new to the whole “relationship” thing and is very scared of screwing it up for the both of them.

★End★ She feels a lot more comfortable and not at all anxious around him, and finally feels genuine, and genuinely happy. She doesn’t feel like she needs to hide her emotions or be something she’s not, she just is herself. And finally, all that’s enough.

HOW YOU FELL FOR HIM / WHAT MAKE YOU FELL FOR HIM?: How kind he is to everyone, regardless of what they have done to him. She realizes they’re both very similar in personality, and when they’re talking about how they’re the only normal people in the group, they end up kissing. She gets very shy and temporarily distant because of this, but regardless, it still happened.

The two of them are in a cafe, and they have this weird waiter, and the waiter keeps trying to get her number. He gets all protective over his girlfriend, and yells at the waiter, while Sojin sits there in silence, pretty awkwardly. They end up leaving without tipping the waiter, he was a pretty creepy dude.

HOW THE SCOUT TEAM FOUND YOU?: She was a witness in a mild crime, and she retold the story so well with so much detail, the scout team asked her about her memory. She answered with stories that were so far back that no normal person should remember those events, but she did. She ended up being officially scouted!
