  1. Hi, so I've noticed there's been a lot of grief lately.
  2.
  3. Dusty, we've spoken before. I remember you telling me that you couldn't discuss issues you had with me because "I was too intimidating." You're an adult now, and you've moved past this, so I have to ask why you didn't come forward and discuss your problems with me again since you're back to be incredibly passive aggressive with both me and your other coworkers. I know that you've had to shoulder a brunt of the missing work. There are ways to go about expressing your frustration without ruining your point and coming off as needlessly aggressive.

  5. I know you're frustrated with Pillow because she dropped Westward. Please let me remind you that you ditched moderating writer chat with no notice besides a farewell immediately before you left. Please don't give others grief when you've done the same thing. Otherwise that's just hypocrisy.

  7. You seem to think that 1) we can only have a set amount of featurers and 2) I'm somehow tripping you up when I do what I'm assigned on the calendar. I'll quit, and hopefully things are somehow less stressful for you while you hire new people. Everyone's busy here, we all have jobs and other obligations, meetings to catch, etc. This situation with "me" encompasses much more than me. Also please remember that Bullet is also here to only write features, and not participate in event grunt work.

  9. There's been so much discussion about how to make a featurer seem less like a mod. This is just me, but maybe you shouldn't set the featurers as hosts to events, setting them in a position of power over the normal userbase. People were originally hired simply because they could write good things about other runs. I don't see the point in being upset when you and some of the others were the ones advocating for a more active schedule. I understand your frustration but you have no excuse for your actions.
  10.
  11. I wish you the best moving forward, and I hope that everyone else can also pick up their own slack, and that, Dustox, you can hopefully learn how to stand up for yourself and understand your own limits without using the forums as an excuse for martyring yourself needlessly, and then getting stressed over some pretension of professionalism that you only want to use when it's convenient.
  12.
  13. Remember that we're on a forum about niche Pokémon rulesets. If you're not enjoying yourself, then take a step back. The forum won't collapse if you're too busy to attend to it. We are all replaceable, admins included. It disheartens me to see you feel so strongly about an issue you could have solved ages ago.
