Payments to Principal's family
In 2018, a $310,614 contract was awarded to Australian Power Industries Pty Ltd in relation to the Zenith Building
construction, $238,180 was paid in 2018 and the balance was paid the following year. Additional work of $102,064 was also
required and for; this was approved by the College as Zenith project variances. These amounts were sub contracted
through Dura Constructions.
The College also paid Australian Power Industries Pty Ltd directly $47,960 for work related to the College electrical work in
2018. Australian Power Industries Pty Ltd is partially owned by the Principal's son as a shareholder.
The total 2018 transactions with Australian Power Industries Pty Ltd, amounted to $388,204.
In 2018 the College also paid $6,918 to Q7 Technology, which is a company owned by the Principal's nephew.
