+masterkevkev Long post, but I'll prove Mewt_'s innocence right now.
STAR_ reads his chat. Star makes funny comments on how Mewt will ban people for the dumbest things. Star is also not an idiot - he knows what mods can do (you said star never said he has permission to ban people, but star made him a mod for fucks sake). Mewt_ AND Star have said before the same jokes about him over and over and over get annoying, so Mewt_ keeps Star's chat a place where he can ENJOY LOOKING. Didn't realize it was a horrible crime to want YOUR chat to specify YOUR interests. And I can use myself as an example - one time I did something stupid, and Mewt_ or another mod timed me out for it. But for 1 second. I think that's an ample warning, especially since Star wouldn't want to see it anyway. Better than being instantly banned. I apologized after and even struck up a conversation with Mewt, and we got along rather nicely. I would even understand if I was permabanned if I was a repeat offender.Oh, and since you like blowing things out of proportion and bringing philosophy into this, I do not enjoy Hitler, Stalin, or any dictator's reign in History. I do not make the previous statements based on any ill philosophy, morals, or anything of the sort, and if more of my personality, life choices, morals or philosophies are judged for these comments, you are ill informed, trolling, and in my opinion, really butthurt you got banned for memeing all over the place.
Oh, and yes, I read every comment and even the pastebin.

Where or when did Star_ say or type out in the chat that he has permission to do this?

You see, the analogy (that you apparently accept) is like this. I take you to my antique shop and let you roam around. No security cameras or even touch labels exist. The instant you touch an antique pot however, I take out a whip and slap you. No signs posted to not take punishment, and no verbal hints at it either. You, accept punishment without reason is what I assume, and I can only hope for a lucky life for you in the future.

Until you point out that he has stated this rule for future individuals to see or hear throughout a stream, Mewt_ is in the wrong (if I have to repeat my damned self 3 times Mr."I Read Everything". Bullshit 101 right here gentlemen, UnbiasedGuy123). Innocent until proven guilty, Mewt_ has been proven guilty, enacting actions without warning or signs, and in court - would be fined. But sadly I cannot take the money of a lifeless individual, nor can I take the money from someone through another person's website.

Fun fact though, if twitch wanted to - they could sue/fine him for something I bet. Through the terms and agreements, maybe scrounge up that a lot of the people he has banned and taunted/silenced caused psychological damage to multiple individuals and some twitch owner, being the over-watch of the chat, can document that Mewt_ went too far and (through research of the individual(s) he has affected) has caused damage that isn't permanent.) :3 ... I could be nit-picky, go through the Terms and Agreements and find out different terms he has broken and/or skewed, but that's for Twitch to do and their lawyers (if they really wanted to be greedy).
And before you call bullshit on this, go look up the thousands upon thousands of individuals who have used this method in order to sue a company for a TV show, movie that didn't warn them in the beginning of heart-attack possibilities and/or psychological damage (such as seizures (light strobing (<-- Odd enough, that word is "incorrect" in Google's dictionary?... Google fix your shit =w=)), Jump Scares that scarred their mind for either life or temporary), etc. Is this dumb fuck now silenced, huh? :3
