RT-246 Bus-3731 (Scheduled to Leave BTC Around 12:17)-
- Crossing a red light about shortly after the announcement in bus "District Court."
- Going very fast in Woodridge community (small roads) - its like an amusement park in a bus
- Departing Bellevue TC very early - the sign still says Bellevue TC not Eastgate P&R
- Door not closing when passengers has gotten off and we have to wait a few moments before he closes the door - in the middle of his driving.
- Not wearing seatbelt in the first min or two after departing bellevue tc
