What kind of nuke are we looking for? Subsurface? Aerial detonation? Impact detonation? What do you want the explosion-to-radiation to be? What brand? Samsung explosives are on sale, due to mixing them up with cell phones. There's also been a recall on Toshiba plutonium, their usual low quality has made their latest batches of plutonium actually healthy to humanity(don't even ask, they're the worst company I've ever met and I don't know if they can wipe their own asses, why do you like them so much), so they're not an option, I'm afraid.
