Kyle Smith Parkour gave me a new way to live my life, a way of freedom and choice. It taught me that risk must be taken and that injuries are just minor roadblocks along the way. It's a terrible thing unable to do parkour at the moment due to my healing clavicle, I feel as if I'm losing it without parkour. Do any traucers out there have any suggestions on ways to help keep my philosophy strong?
