1. Acceptance Of Terms
Nabi Studios provides this free service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by staff at any time without obligation to notify the users. The TOS (Terms of Service) will always be viewable from the registration page.

2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the password and account, and assume all responsibility for all actions that occur under your password or account. You agree to never make your password available to any other user, and agree that Nabi Studios does NOT recognize any transfer of accounts or passwords and will NOT support any issues that arise from said transfers. Users who are found to be trading accounts will be banned.

3. Member Conduct
All information, data, text, sound, photographs or other materials posted by other users are the sole responsibility of the person from whom that content originated. You understand that by using this service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Nabi Studios cannot take any responsibility for the content that users post. Racism, illegal pornography, snuff material, warez, pirated software, and anything that is widely regarded as illegal is NOT allowed anywhere on any of our services. Failure to abide by these simple rules will result in termination of your account(s).

You agree to not:
Post any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful component.
4. Item Resale
Sale or trade of ingame items and/or currency (Toricredits) for other items or Toricredits is permitted and supported. However, account sales or trades are not allowed or recognized by Nabi Studios. This is effectively giving out your password. If you find that you have been scammed during an account sale, the staff will not help you out or refund you. Click here for more information.

5. Nabi Ownership
All virtual currency and items are the property of Nabi Studios Pte LTD. Nabi Studios reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread for any reason, without any obligation to notify you. Nabi Studios owns all items and reserves the right to remove them from your account at any time for any reason. They also may ban and modify accounts for any reason, without any obligation to inform you in advanced or afterwards.

6. User-Generated Content
Nabi Studios permits users to generate content for ingame use (e.g. player character textures, game mods, etc.). Nabi Studios also permits users to create content using the game, including but not limited to screenshots, gameplay videos, etc.
