Step 1: Load the encounter.
Step 2: Ctrl+Shift+I.
Step 3: Go to the Network tab. Check off Preserve log and Disable cache. You will be able to see all the images that the server is sending to your browser, along with other data. For example, if you find a TA Up buff icon, that's status_1044.png (http://game-a1.granbluefantasy.jp/assets_en/img/sp/ui/icon/status/x64/status_1044.png).
Step 4: You can right-click on any desired element (image, etc) and manipulate it afterwards.

You can also open up your buffs/debuffs on your characters and screenshot the tooltips as well.
