To whom it may concern,

It has come to our attention that the website www.hyperdraft.com appears to=
 be providing facilities for gambling which can be used in Great Britain.  =
As no operating licence is in place that authorises that activity, it appea=
rs that a criminal offence is being committed under section 33 of the Gambl=
ing Act 2005 (the Act).

The Gambling Commission regulates gambling in Great Britain and has the pow=
er to prosecute offences under the Act.  We are writing to you, as this e m=
ail address has been identified as the contact address for issues relating =
to www.hyperdraft.com.

Please find enclosed a letter which outlines that you should take immediate=
 steps to cease such activity on this website and any others that you may c=
ontrol. I would also request that you provide a response by Wednesday 11 Ja=
nuary 2017.
