No. IMMEDIATELY I hear “no!” you will not be getting your next big break in your current job. This current job sees your potential and wants to take advantage of all the hard work you put into your job. They want to keep you there so it can be less of a burden to themselves. They selfishly use you when they don't feel like doing their own work. They have many opportunities to gain more help but instead they'd rather hold onto you, they know you wouldn't leave or betray them so they hold you in great respect. But they also actively use you. Which causes much strain on yourself/ if you continue with this job you will burn out. You are passionate in your current field but you must remember your current co workers do not want to see you succeed. Apply at other locations or in other fields, do whatever you can to get to your next step. Spirit talks heavily about “fear” but trust in yourself and your experience that you will get to where you need to be! What's the worst they can do other than say no? You never know, they just might take a chance on you and hire you! No one job is too great for you! You have the experience you have the inside knowledge and you have a title! Take the initiative and do better for yourself. This is a big scary next step but i promise you once you take that leap, let all your fears go and have full faith in your guides, they'll take you to where you want to be and double the success for you!
