It's a gentle, wholehearted two pats between the ears, with an additional scratch behind one to soften her up.

Once she had her back to the official, she quickly made an attempt to coil her tail around her leg; the only alternative to not having it swaying about. The girl sighed, it was big enough -- enough to deserve another violation fine as a roadblock hazard. Darn.

  41. /The Rathain clamped it. It would be in her best interest to stay calm and collected, especially to refrain from tallying up any more of those preposterous fines. She puffed her cheeks as she completeted the 360°, now face-to-face with the adorable kitten who was almost -- if not already -- as flushed as she was. To see such a display etched a lopsided smile on her lips; how unprofessional was it for her to get the wrong idea! The girl quickly adjusted her composure and stood to her best attention, mildly combing over the other's uniform: chalk full of stickets, cute.

If Rathain was looking while the cat was checking out her tail, she could notice her eyes darting to the sparkles every couple moments. Very quick, but enough to satisfy the cat's constant hunger for something shiny. She cleared her throat once more to stop herself from purring so loudly. She now looked her straight in the eyes with a slight, flustered glare. She then tilted her head down. Her not so fluffy yet satisfying to touch ears were easily reachable. She wasn't a very tall girl.//
