Just say that you had two units electric toothbrush and one of them stopped work, it never turns on etc. You tried to charge it with other units charger however it didn't work. They will ask for an invoice, I edited a local dealer's invoice and sent them. Make sure the purchase made in less than a year.



Edit : They started to check amazon invoices. Don't use amazon invoices.
