When I go through this ad link, i landed on that site where it shows the List article, but in that I found they have link for each List...
after going this link, I landed on a product sale page where I can see the product details and linking to Product Sale Page... see below..
Again in this page the actual affiliate link is posted, with this link i landed on actual product page where I can buy.
So this is overall my observation that they are getting traffic from outbrain and driving people to buy products using affiliate marketing.
