THLW GLB Tier List Revisions (Oct. 2)

The tier list has now been revised! Explanations will be written down if they warrant it, otherwise it is due to powercreep that they dropped down.

SS Tier:
↑ A7 Ran Yakumo: Support capabilities have been proven to be extremely powerful.
↓ B3 Yorihime: Has only proven useful in 2 pieces of content, and her utility has been matched by story cards. Therefore, I believe she doesn’t belong here at any rate. (Worsens when we include the new JP card which can provide the party 2 accuracy for 3 turns at non MLB)

S+ Tier:
↓ B3 Kaguya
↓ B3 Reisen Udongein Inaba
↓ R8 Youmu
↓ A6 Patchouli: Set the standard for S+ units.
↑ A12 Byakuren: Underestimated her value. In the end, very useful character
↑ L1 Nazrin: Great utility and can be useful in the more challenging content.
↑ E1 Sakuya: Proven to be useful in more comps than anticipated, but requires more support to be of use
↑ A7 Youmu: Proven in more content than anticipated, her damage is also really good for a DEST character. However, she needs some support, especially on the accuracy side

↓ L1 Yuuka: A major victim of powercreep whose main niche of full autoing events has died down considerably with modern events.

↓ L1 Medicine: She is still one of the best early game units. However, the 2-7-1 niche has been filled out by many friends now and anom inflict/break is very commonplace compared to before.
↓ L1 Minoriko: Requires more setup compared to other significantly easier to use characters who can break anomalies as well as inflict the enemies with anomalies.
↓ L1 Keine
↑ L1 Reisen: FR damage has substantially improved her performance.
↑ L1 Marisa: same as L1 Reisen

B Tier:
